We closely inspect each custom order prior to shipping to ensure everything looks fantastic.  However, if you aren't satisfied with your order or something happened in transit, we want to hear from you.  Contact us at hello@memorymagnetsstudio.com and we'll make it right.

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, we may not be able to make changes or cancel your order.
