Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed, created, and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Larger orders may take up to 72 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order on its way to you.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@memorymagnetsstudio.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address before it is sent. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
